Scrum

This month I started a new project. We have a larger team of at least 4 persons. We are all located somewhere. For this reason we need a structured method in order to define the project. We will use Scrum and Agile techniques in order to define user stories and screen definitions.

A quick look-around on the internet gave me a nice Scrum Project management tool - called ZenTaoPMS.
